Resignation of Executive Officer

Marcela Bretas, the Chief Strategy Officer of Semantix, Inc. (the “Company”) has resigned as the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer. Adriano Alcalde, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, takes over the Company’s investor relations activities effective immediately.
